Almost no one stays in Sizewell village itself, the stock is tiny, the beach road fills up in summer, and the homes that do exist tend to be holiday lets booked twelve months out. In practice, 'Sizewell accommodation' means a property within a 10–20 minute drive of the site gate.

The settled commuter belt is Leiston, Aldringham, Knodishall and Saxmundham. Slightly further out (Yoxford, Theberton, Kelsale and Halesworth) sit in the 15–25 minute band and tend to have larger houses suited to small crews. Southwold and Aldeburgh add coastal downtime at the cost of a longer drive.

Our typical guest isn't a tourist. It's an engineer on a six-week placement, a contractor rotating in for an outage, an inspector here for a fortnight, or a project lead settling in for several months. Some bookings are single occupancy; many are small crews of two to four sharing a house.

Every home we manage is set up to be liveable from the moment you arrive. The headline rate is the working rate, there are no surprise add-ons at checkout.

Sizewell schedules slip. Outages run long, placements extend, and start dates move by a week at short notice. We price and contract for that reality, extensions hold the original nightly rate where availability allows, and we'll usually hold a property for 48 hours while you confirm dates internally.
