Most stays at Sizewell don't follow the Friday-to-Friday pattern that hotel chains and holiday lets are built around. Shifts shape the calendar instead, a four-on, three-off rota; a Wednesday-arrival outage rotation; a fortnight bookended by a long drive home. We run our weekly bookings around how the work actually moves, not around a fixed handover day.
A weekly stay with us typically includes WiFi, linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen and a cleaning schedule appropriate to the booking length, with parking at most properties and bills included. Exact inclusions are confirmed per booking. Extensions are usually possible on the property you are already in.
Across a single week, the platform fees on Airbnb add roughly the cost of a night to your bill. Across a six- or twelve-week placement they add the cost of a weekend. Booking direct also gets you flexibility on extensions, swaps and any-day check-in, none of which the platform calendars handle particularly well.
A typical contractor weekly booking with us runs Monday to Friday on shift and the property is yours for the weekend if you stay. Most guests do, driving home midweek and back at the weekend gets old fast. Crews booking weekly rates on a larger property usually rotate two or three guests in and out each week without rebooking, which we manage on a single rolling reservation.
Mill Rise in Saxmundham is the most popular individual weekly stay, small, well-located, walkable to a station and a Waitrose. Pink Cottage in Leiston works for solo bookings on a tighter budget. The Leiston townhouses on High Street and Valley Road are the standout choices for weekly crew bookings, sleeping up to ten with the parking to match.

Yes. Weekly rates are available across the portfolio and are quoted per booking based on dates and length of stay. There is no fixed Saturday or Sunday changeover.
Almost always, yes. As long as we know a few days ahead, extensions on the same property are routine. If the property is taken for the next dates we'll move you to an equivalent one.
Yes, a weekly linen and towel change as standard, with a deeper clean on longer stays. Mid-week cleans can be arranged at extra cost.
By bank transfer or card. For company-paid bookings we invoice with VAT receipts and accept POs.
